Booking Policy

**Please look over the policy before booking to avoid any missed information.

 **Please note that the app is my preferred way of contact via email listed. 

HOW TO BOOK-

I ask that each of you download and sign up to "Spaces" app by Six in order to book and keep in. touch with the stylist. My Invite Code is 63PNHG. If you do not wish to download the app my site can still be accessed. From the home page, select BOOK NOW. Scroll through the menu until you see your desired style. The styles are separated by category. Once you select your style, please see style description to insure that it is in fact what you prefer. You will then be guided to complete your booking. A 50% deposit is always required to book and is only accepted through the website.  THIS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Before securing your appointment you will be given a chance to leave a note or message to the stylist. In this note box is where I ask you to leave your hair color choice. Only for those clients who are booking a braiding or loc style including weave or braiding hair. If you fail at doing so, only natural hair colors will be available for your service. 

**Please note that all braiding and or loc hair is included with your service. 

**Please note that COLOR BLEND for braids is $40 and up depending on your amount of colors selected. 2-3colors being $40. For Loc styles $60 and up. $60 being for 2 colors.

**These amounts are separate from your Style Price

Adding Wash & or Blowout

In order to schedule a wash and or wash & blowout service, you must book a separate time slot/appointment. It does not matter if you book your braid style first or second, as long as the two appointments are right behind each other.  This is the only way to insure the stylist will have a time slot available to complete both services. 

Sunday/Monday Convenience Fee

HOW TO-To book a Sunday/Monday fee with your service it must be added as a separate appointment. So it will show as two appointments. It does not matter if the two appointments are booking right behind eachother as only one is an actual appointment. 

As a stylist, my salon is closed on both Sundays and Mondays. However, I am still open to styling my clients on those days. For each appointment booked on a Sunday or Monday will have a convenience fee of $50 for styles with a Style Price of $200 or less and $75 for styles with a style price past $200. The fee is non-avoidable and must be added at the time of booking or your appointment will be canceled. 


 Missed Appointment Policy (Medical or Personal Emergency)

My overall goal is to provide quality hairstyles to my clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but but other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed, late or rescheduled appointments.


Appointment Cancellation

Once your 50% deposit is paid and you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. at this point THE SALE IS FINAL. In order to be respectful of your fellow friends and community, please meet the time requirements listed.


If cancellation OR rescheduling is necessary, I require that you call or txt at least 24 hours in advance. If done in a timely manner you will be given the option of paying a $10 Rescheduling Fee to move your appointment to another desired date.  Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.Calling or txting minutes before your appointment will NOT be accepted. Your appointment will be considered missed/canceled short notice. In that case you will NOT be given the option of moving your appointment using the same deposit. Your deposit will be voided. A new deposit must then be made for a new appointment. 


How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so in a timely manner. Do so by emailing me at jazz.slaygoddess@gmail.com or directly from the Spaces app inbox between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday. This must be done within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This is my preferred way of contact. If necessary, you may also contact me via call or txt message at 5044961045 leave a detailed txt or voicemail message regarding your concerns and  I will return your call as soon as possible. 


Late Cancellations/No-Shows

**NEW RULES-You MUST arrive on time for your appointment. If you are afraid of being late, please contact the stylist. In some situations a 10 minute grace period may be given. However, it is not guaranteed due to back to back scheduling. In that case your appointment is missed. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or informing the stylist of an inconvenience. In either case, the 50% deposit will be held and the appointment will be canceled. In order to reschedule, a new deposit must be paid. NO REFUND will be permitted. 




Sickness/Personal Family Issues

REFUND IS NOT PERMITTED However, in the case of sickness, injury, death etc... Your 50% deposit may be held for a later date and or refunded.
